About Me.

I grew up in the stunning Dolomites in Italy, where my passion for wellness first took root. As a certified Italian wellness and athletic trainer, I began my journey in luxury spas as a wellness coach, offering a blend of massage therapy and fitness coaching to help people relax, recharge, and reach their full potential.

After moving to Australia, I continued my work as a massage therapist and began noticing recurring patterns of tension, pain, and postural imbalances in my clients. This sparked my curiosity to understand the root causes and create lasting change. I soon realized that true healing goes beyond simply relieving pain—it’s about restoring balance to both the body and mind for long-term well-being. This insight led me to further deepen my knowledge of integrated movement science, earning certifications as a Remedial Massage Therapist and a Chek Practitioner.

Driven by this passion, I expanded into holistic health and postural correction, combining my skills to help people thrive through realignment, balance, and overall well-being.
